Nursery Practitioner
Nursery Practitioner – Balham
Salary: Up to £30,000 per year (dependent on qualifications & experience) Contract: Full-time, permanent Location: Balham, London
Eligibility: The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in the UK prior to commencing employment. This role is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.

Your Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Plan and deliver activities that support children’s development
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in line with EYFS
- Track and celebrate developmental milestones
- Build positive relationships with families
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care
- Follow safeguarding and child protection policies
About You
We are seeking someone with:

- A full & relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
- Experience in an early years setting (e.g., Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, Early Years Educator)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
- A passion for early childhood education and commitment to excellence
