Nursery Practitioner

Early Years Practitioner – Bright Horizons Fair Oak Day Nursery and Pre-School

Salary:

  • Salary Level 3: £28,072 to £33,020 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
  • Salary Level 2: £27,009 to £27,823 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Location: Fair Oak, Hampshire

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging play-based activities aligned with each child’s developmental stage
  • Work with individual children to build their confidence, creativity, language, maths, and physical skills
  • Foster a safe, nurturing environment that promotes independence and Aboriginal and Gifted mindsets
  • Collaborate with parents/carers to maintain strong, trustful partnerships
  • Support teaching staff and ensure consistent, high-quality care and education

What We’re Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years
  • A passion for supporting children’s holistic development through thoughtful, fun play
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and best practice for keeping children safe
  • Ability to build exceptional relationships with children, colleagues, and families
