Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Location: Ridgeway, The Thicket, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 3QE
Salary: £32,000 gross per annum

About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner working with children aged 2-4. This is a full-time, all-year-round role, working 42.5 hours per week between 07:30am and 6:00pm.
You will support the delivery of structured play and learning in a safe, engaging environment, helping children develop through a range of activities. The role also includes supporting Extended Day Care when required.

About Claires Court

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times
- Encourage learning through play and engaging activities
- Support children with meals, snacks, and personal hygiene
- Observe and record children’s development
- Prepare and maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment
- Ensure equipment is safe, clean, and age-appropriate
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Attend meetings, training, and support Extended Day Care
Person Specification
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years
- Experience in an early years setting
- Good level of English and numeracy
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive, reliable, and proactive approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
