Permanent Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3)
Location: Horley, Surrey
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, creative learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
- Act as a Key Person, observing and tracking children's development to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children feel secure and inspired.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers through meaningful daily updates.
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and health and safety within the nursery.

What We Are Looking For
- Qualifications: A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Commitment: Someone looking for a long-term permanent position who wants to grow with the nursery.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for early years education and a nurturing, patient approach.
- Team Players: A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Compliance: An enhanced DBS check is required (we can help you manage this process).
