Salary: £12.71 – £13.60 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) Regular pay reviews

Job Responsibilities

Practitioner Duties

  • Supervise and support children at all times
  • Prepare and supervise activities (under guidance of Level 3 practitioners)
  • Maintain an attractive and welcoming environment for children
  • Read, understand and implement all company policies, procedures, and operations

Behaviour & Attendance

  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times with:

    • Parents
    • Visitors
    • Colleagues
  • Attend regular meetings:
    • Staff meetings
    • Planning meetings
    • Required up-to-date training
