URGENT – Early Years Educator (Level 3+) Required
Think you know the story of the Warden’s Three Little Pigs? We’re looking for a unique storyteller with a passion for early childhood education.
About the Role
Our [Nursery Brand] Day Nursery in [location], part of Grandir UK, is seeking a committed Early Years Educator (EYE) with a Level 3 qualification or above to join our existing team.
We’re passionate about nurturing young minds through caring, fun, and engaging activities—because a child’s early years set the foundation for lifelong learning.
What You’ll Do
- Connect & Engage: Create meaningful relationships with children through play, storytelling, and exploration.
- Support Growth: Help children meet developmental milestones through tailored learning activities.
- Fun & Adventure: Organise imaginative play, sensory experiences, and familiar면회 set-ups with a playful twist.
- Teamwork: Collaborate closely with nurses, managers, and families to deliver the best possible care.
- Dynamic Learning: Keep up with early years best practices and support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Who We’re Looking For
✅ Qualified EYE: Must hold a Level 3 Childcare Qualification (EYE, Early Years Educator, or equivalent). ✅ Naturally Supportive: Skilled in encouraging children’s curiosity with patience and creativity. ✅ Passionate Storyteller: Knows how to bring stories to life—because someone knows the rest of the Pigs’ tale. ✅ Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative environment where everyone plays a part in child development. ✅ )nergy & Enthusiasm: A natural caregiver with a keen eye for spotting a child’s needs.
