Nursery: Bright Horizons Swanscombe Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: £29,619 - £34,840 per annum (depending on qualification and experience) Location: Swanscombe

We are seeking a full or part-time, Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Swanscombe Day Nursery and Preschool, located near Swanscombe and Ebbsfleet train stations. Our nursery provides:

The Role: Early Years Practitioner
As an Early Years Practitioner, your focus will be on:
- Planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities tailored to individual children to support their development towards early milestones.
- Fostering a safe, stimulating environment where children can express themselves, explore, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
What We’re Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification
- A passion for nurturing fun, inclusive learning environments
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Exceptional understanding of safeguarding, child protection policies, and best practice
- Ability to build trust-based partnerships with colleagues, parents, and carers
