Nursery: Bright Horizons Swanscombe Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary: £29,619 - £34,840 per annum (depending on qualification and experience) Location: Swanscombe

We are seeking a full or part-time, Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Swanscombe Day Nursery and Preschool, located near Swanscombe and Ebbsfleet train stations. Our nursery provides:

  • On-site car park (free for staff)

The Role: Early Years Practitioner

As an Early Years Practitioner, your focus will be on:

  • Planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities tailored to individual children to support their development towards early milestones.
  • Fostering a safe, stimulating environment where children can express themselves, explore, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

What We’re Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification
  • A passion for nurturing fun, inclusive learning environments
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Exceptional understanding of safeguarding, child protection policies, and best practice
  • Ability to build trust-based partnerships with colleagues, parents, and carers
