About The Role And School
We are seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and well-resourced early years setting in Waltham Forest from September. This Nursery Practitioner role will involve supporting young children through play-based learning and helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where every child can flourish.
The successful Nursery Practitioner will work closely with the Early Years team to deliver stimulating activities that promote children's social, emotional and educational development. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support children in developing their communication, independence and early learning skills.
This Nursery Practitioner opportunity is ideal for someone with a passion for early years education who enjoys creating positive learning experiences and supporting children during this crucial stage of development.

Job Responsibilities
- Support children's learning through play-based activities
- Promote children's social, emotional and communication development
- Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
- Support children's personal care where required
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
Qualifications/Experience
- CACHE Level 3 in Childcare and Education or an equivalent qualification is essential
- Previous experience working within an Early Years setting is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and nurturing approach
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
