About the Role
Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Whiteley, Fareham, is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You will play a vital role in caring for, supporting, and inspiring children, encouraging curiosity and fostering their development daily.

Core Responsibilities
- Promote high standards of care within the nursery
- Support and supervise establishment-based staff, ensuring day-to-day duties are met
- Ensure effective implementation of Keycarer procedures, allocating children appropriately
- Maintain compliance with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements
- Provide professional feedback to parents/carers about their child’s progress
- Represent the nursery when promoting its services to prospective families
- Build positive relationships with staff and parents to ensure a collaborative environment
- Support all staff in upholding professional, friendly, and engaging interactions with families

About Our Nursery
Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool offers a bright, airy, and purpose-built learning environment where a caring, dedicated team nurtures children’s senses, curiosity, and "Sow and Grow" natures. Our secure outdoor spaces include:
