About the Role

Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Whiteley, Fareham, is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You will play a vital role in caring for, supporting, and inspiring children, encouraging curiosity and fostering their development daily.

Core Responsibilities

  • Promote high standards of care within the nursery
  • Support and supervise establishment-based staff, ensuring day-to-day duties are met
  • Ensure effective implementation of Keycarer procedures, allocating children appropriately
  • Maintain compliance with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements
  • Provide professional feedback to parents/carers about their child’s progress
  • Represent the nursery when promoting its services to prospective families
  • Build positive relationships with staff and parents to ensure a collaborative environment
  • Support all staff in upholding professional, friendly, and engaging interactions with families
