Salary: £30,000+ per annum DOE
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (5 days on rotating shifts)
Contract: All year round (Closed only on Bank Holidays and 2 weeks at Christmas)

We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for two distinct roles:
Baby Room Practitioner: Working with babies aged 3 to 18 months.

Toddler Room Practitioner: Working with children aged 2 to 3 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Foster cognitive, linguistic, spiritual, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment tailored to your specific age group.
- Observe, assess, and plan activities that enable children to explore their capabilities.
- Maintain excellent, supportive communication with parents and external families.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification (or above).
- Experience: At least 1 year of recent experience working in a day nursery setting.
- Location: Must live nearby or within an easy, reliable commute to Finchley (N3).
- Right to Work: You must hold the valid legal right to work in the UK.
