Supply Nursery Assistant (Level 2/3): Flexible Shifts in Plymouth
We are currently seeking dedicated and qualified Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Assistants to join our supply pool in Plymouth and the surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential support across various nursery settings, ensuring high standards of care and education for children in the Early Years sector.
Responsibilities
- Support permanent staff in delivering engaging, safe, and developmentally appropriate activities.
- Assist with daily nursery routines, including meal times, outdoor play, and maintaining tidy environments.
- Uphold rigorous standards of health, safety, and safeguarding protocols at all times.
- Demonstrate adaptability and professionalism when integrating into new childcare teams.

Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
- Proven reliability and strong communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and proactive in fast-paced educational environments.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete a new application).
