Key Responsibilities
The Nursery Practitioner will assist in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing within our warm and engaging Nursery setting.
- Supporting children’s learning through purposeful play and planned activities
- Assisting in planning and delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Observing, assessing, and documenting children’s progress
- Collaborating with colleagues and communicating effectively with parents and carers
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working with young children in early years settings
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- Strong communication skills and ability to work seamlessly in a team
