Marylebone Services is hiring two dedicated Nursery Practitioners for a fantastic, high-quality nursery in Balham (SW12). You will work directly under a nursery owner who is also an Ofsted Inspector, offering you unmatched professional development and mentorship.

The Room & Your Responsibilities
You will be based in a cosy, intimate Under 2s room catering to a maximum of 6 children with an excellent 1:3 staff-to-child ratio.
- Track observations and update developmental profiles.
- Create stimulating, fun play experiences.
- Manage routines including feeding, changing, and nap times.
- Build warm, trusting relationships with parents.
- Maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standards.

What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
- Valid UK Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.
Experience
- Proven experience working with babies/children under 2 in a UK nursery.
Traits
- Warm, patient, emotionally resilient, and eager to learn.
Skills
- Strong organisation, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Compliance
- Must hold or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
Right to Work
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
