Join Our Fun, Caring Team in Chipping Norton! Early Years Practitioner – Banana Moon Day Nursery Are you passionate about helping children grow, learn, and thrive? At Banana Moon Chipping Norton, we’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team and make a real difference in the lives of children aged 0–5. What You’ll Do As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in shaping children’s early development. Your day-to-day work will include: • Creating and delivering engaging, play‑based activities • Supporting children’s emotional, social, and educational needs • Observing, assessing, and documenting progress in line with the EYFS • Helping to create a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child feels valued Your impact is truly life‑changing — these early years set the foundation for everything that follows. A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Experience working with children in an early years setting is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to ensuring the welfare and safety of children. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Current Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
