A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Experience working with children in an early years setting is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to ensuring the welfare and safety of children. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Current Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
