Early Years Practitioner – Bright Horizons Shoreham by Sea Day Nursery and Preschool
Full-time Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex
Salary: Starts at £28,073 p/a (dependant on qualifications/experience)

What Will You Do?
- Plan, create, implement and reflect on child-centred engage activities, triggered by each child’s interests to seize developmental milestones
- Foster an emotionally safe, stimulating environment where problem-solving, creativity, and early academic skills evolve in concert
- Build trust and collaborative relationships with staff, parents, and children, while upholding safeguarding protocols

- Hold a full, valid Level 3+ Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong passion for inclusive, hands-on, engaging learning for toddlers/preschoolers
- Expertise in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) frameworks and children’s developmental stages
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding, child protection policies and communication with parents
- Ability to build rapport with young children and their families
