Early Years Educator – Guildford
Location: Pippa's House Nursery, Guildford Division: Part of Grandir UK Contract: Part-time or full-time (dependent on requirements) Salary: £26,666 – £28,288 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications, with regular pay reviews)

About the Role
Pippa’s House Nursery in Guildford is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join its team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting, and inspiring children, encouraging curiosity, and helping them thrive daily.

Your Responsibilities
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
- Support and supervise playroom staff in their day-to-day duties
- Allocate staff and children to ensure EYFS requirements are met
- Oversee keycarer processes for consistent care allocation
- Ensure nursery practices align with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards
- Provide professional feedback to parents about their child’s progress
- Promote the nursery to existing and prospective families
- Develop strong, positive relationships with parents & carers
- Maintain professional relationships across staff
