About the Nursery
Busy Bees Bicester Kingsmere, rated "Good" by Ofsted, is a purpose-built nursery since 2018, accommodating up to 110 children. Our dedicated team ensures parental involvement in their children’s development.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities to support children’s learning and progression.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment, tailored to diverse needs.
- Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and their families.
- Track and report on children’s development through observations and progress assessments.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualification requirement:
- Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare or equivalent.
- Relevant experience:
- Hands-on experience working with children under 5.
- Personal attributes:
- Empathy and flexibility – an understanding of children’s individual needs.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Prior roles such as Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse are highly regarded.
