About Busy Bees Hove

📍 Location: Hove, rated Good by Ofsted 🚢 Capacity: Accommodates 74 children in a two-story building ⚡ Features:

  • Two base rooms per age group
  • Large outdoor play space
  • A qualified teacher and foundation class (preparing children for school)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and delivering educational activities to promote children’s development
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Take on the role of Key Person, fostering relationships with children and families
  • Track and report on children’s progress via observations and assessments

What We’re Looking For

✅ Qualifications:

  • Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare ✅ Experience:
  • Working with children under 5
  • Experience as an:
    • Early Years Educator
    • Nursery Practitioner
    • Nursery Assistant/Teacher

✨ Traits:

  • Empathy & understanding (each child is unique!)
  • Strong communication & organisational skills
