Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging educational activities that support children’s intellectual, physical, and social growth.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Nurture partnerships with children and families as a Key Person, fostering trust and personalised care.
- Conduct detailed observations and assessments to track progress and inform educational support.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare. ✔ Proven experience working with children under 5. ✔ A passion for empathy and creativity—each child is unique, and we celebrate individual development. ✔ Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ideal candidates may also have experience as:
- Early Years Educator
- Nursery Practitioner/Assistant
- Nursery Nurse (GOLD/NVQ Level 3 a bonus!)
