As an Early Years Educator, you will play a leading role in fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children at Busy Bees— a pioneering nursery group dedicated to providing high-quality education and unbounded career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver age-appropriate, educational activities that nurture children’s growth (Messy Play, STEM, literacy, and more!).
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Take on the role of Key Worker, building strong relationships with children and their families.
  • Use observations & progress tracking to report on, and guide, each child’s development.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum Qualification: Level 2 in Early Years Education/Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Essential Experience: Hands-on work with children aged under 5.
  • Personality: Deep empathy with a willingness to understand each child’s unique needs.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organisation.
  • Bonus Skills: Previous roles as: Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.
