Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver age-appropriate, educational activities that nurture children’s growth (Messy Play, STEM, literacy, and more!).
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Take on the role of Key Worker, building strong relationships with children and their families.
- Use observations & progress tracking to report on, and guide, each child’s development.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Qualification: Level 2 in Early Years Education/Childcare (or equivalent).
- Essential Experience: Hands-on work with children aged under 5.
- Personality: Deep empathy with a willingness to understand each child’s unique needs.
- Skills: Strong communication and organisation.
- Bonus Skills: Previous roles as: Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.
