Early Years Educator – Busy Bees Lichfield Nursery
As an Early Years Educator, you’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing young minds and facilitating intellectual, social, and emotional growth at Busy Bees, the UK’s leading nursery group.

- Collaborate with teams to plan and deliver enrichment activities for early years learners.
- Create a safe, stimulating environment that reflects inclusivity and progression for every child.
- Mentor develops relationships as the Key Person in children’s journey, engaging with families.
- Observe and track progress by maintaining diligent records through assessments.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree: Relevant certification: early years/childcare qualification at Level 2 standard, or equivalent depending on progress.
- Experience: Proven track record with children under 5 years.
- Personally: Shines empathy, displaying personal understanding of developmental stages.
- Soft Skills: Strong in communication, organisational proficiency, and effective behavioural management.
Desirable: Previous roles such as Early Years Educator, Nurse Practitioner or similar related fields.
