- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Key Person role, fostering strong child-family partnerships.
- Track and report on children’s progress through observations and assessments.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare
- Experience working with children under 5
- Previous roles such as:
- Early Years Educator
- Nursery Practitioner
- Nursery Assistant
- Nursery Nurse
Key Traits
- Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
- Strong communication & organisational skills
