Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and delivering educational activities.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Key Person role, fostering strong child-family partnerships.
  • Track and report on children’s progress through observations and assessments.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

  • Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare
  • Experience working with children under 5
  • Previous roles such as:
    • Early Years Educator
    • Nursery Practitioner
    • Nursery Assistant
    • Nursery Nurse

Key Traits

  • Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
  • Strong communication & organisational skills
