Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children’s development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Act as Key Person, supporting bond-building with children and families.
- Track and report on children’s progress via observations and assessments.

What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare
- Experience working with children under 5
- Strong empathy and understanding—each child is unique
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ideal candidates have previous experience as:
- Early Years Educator
- Nursery Practitioner
- Nursery Assistant
- Nursery Nurse
