Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children’s development.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Act as Key Person, supporting bond-building with children and families.
  • Track and report on children’s progress via observations and assessments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare
  • Experience working with children under 5
  • Strong empathy and understanding—each child is unique
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ideal candidates have previous experience as:

  • Early Years Educator
  • Nursery Practitioner
  • Nursery Assistant
  • Nursery Nurse
