About Our Nursery – Busy Bees Chiswick (Larden Road)
Location: Larden Road, Chiswick (ofsted.gov.uk rating – Good)
Capacity: 110 places for early years and school-age children

What To Expect As an Early Years Educator
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and inspiring environment
- Assess children’s interests and needs, organizing materials and spaces to spark creativity and learning
- Lead engaging educational experiences
- Aligned with EYFS framework; plan and deliver physical, emotional, social and intellectual activities
- Nurture strong family partnerships
- Build key relationships with children, parents, and caregivers
- Track development and offer compassionate support based on tailored child-plans

Qualifications and Experience
Entry Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or higher)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children under 5 (Ideally as a Nursery Educator/Practitioner, Assistant, or Nurse)
- Proven dedication to early childhood development and GDPR certification (for safeguarding)
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication (with children, colleagues, and families)
- Organisation and consistency (helping to create structured routines)
- Paediatric-first aid qualification (assumed, but please provide on application if not held)
- Empathy and patience in guiding children’s social and emotional development
- Understanding of child development stages to adapt teaching strategies
