Nursery – Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: Starting from £28,073 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Location: Basingstoke

The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you’ll:
- Plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child
- Foster holistic development toward key milestones
- Ensure a safe yet stimulating environment allowing children to explore, create, and learn
What We’re Looking For
- Full, relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification
- Passion for creating inclusive, nurturing learning spaces
- Strong grasp of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Dedication to safeguarding and child protection
- Ability to build genuine trust and strong partnerships with:
- Colleagues
- Parents/guardians
