Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Nursery – Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary: Starting from £28,073 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Location: Basingstoke

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you’ll:

  • Plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child
  • Foster holistic development toward key milestones
  • Ensure a safe yet stimulating environment allowing children to explore, create, and learn

What We’re Looking For

  • Full, relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification
  • Passion for creating inclusive, nurturing learning spaces
  • Strong grasp of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Dedication to safeguarding and child protection
  • Ability to build genuine trust and strong partnerships with:
    • Colleagues
    • Parents/guardians
