Nursery Practitioner Level 3

Early Years Educator – Busy Bees Worplesdon Nursery

Join Busy Bees, the UK's leading nursery group, and play a crucial role in shaping the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children in a vibrant, rural setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment Prepare and arrange spaces to encourage children’s growth and learning.

  • Lead Educational Activities Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

  • Key Person Role Oversee individual children’s development, care needs, and nurture strong relationships with parents and families.


Job Requirements

  • A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education.
  • Proven experience working with children under 5, with a passion for early childhood education.
  • Strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to apply child development theories to activities.

About Busy Bees Worplesdon

Our location is a 64-place nursery nestled in rural Surrey, surrounded by woodland and countryside. The nursery is divided into four beautifully converted barns, offering:
