✅ What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for enthusiastic, caring people who love early years as much as we do:
🎓 Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education 👶 Experience working with children under 5 and a genuine passion for early childhood development 💬 Great communication skills, strong organisation, and confidence applying child development knowledge to plan inspiring activities 🌟 A positive, team-focused attitude with a big heart for little learners
