What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner
- Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and set up spaces encouraging children’s growth and learning.
- Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver lessons aligned to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) that support physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
- Key Person Role: Act as a primary point of contact for children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
What We’re Looking For
Requirements:
- Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education
- Proven experience with children under 5
- Genuine interest in early childhood education
Skills:
- Strong communication capabilities
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to apply knowledge of child development in planning and delivering activities
Open to individuals with experience as:
