About Busy Bees Lichfield

Busy Bees Lichfield is an exciting flagship nursery, celebrating its return to where it all began in 1983. With a capacity for 110 children, our purpose-built nursery includes:

  • State-of-the-art equipment and facilities
  • Bright and airy rooms designed for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner

  • Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children’s growth and learning.
  • Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities supporting children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong connections with families.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education
  • Proven experience working with children under 5
  • A genuine interest in early childhood education
  • Key skills:
    • Excellent communication
    • Strong organisational abilities
    • Honey to apply child development knowledge to planning and delivering activities
