As an Early Years Educator, you will play a leading role in fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children at Busy Bees, one of the UK’s leading nursery groups.

About the Role
Locations Highlight: Busy Bees Haywards Heath
Our Outstanding (Ofsted) nursery in Haywards Heath cares for 72 children within a beautifully converted Grade II listed building. With access to tailored learning programmes, high-quality play resources, and seamless school partnerships, we ensure a nurturing transition from nursery to primary school.

What You’ll Do
- Create engaging environments: Design learning spaces that inspire growth.
- Plan and deliver activities: Foster children’s social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development using Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) principles.
- Key Person Role: Build trust with families and track children’s progress.
Requirements & Qualifications
✅ Essential:
- Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Early Years Education (Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, or similar)
- Proven experience working with children under 5
- Passion for early childhood education
✅ Highly desirable:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to apply child-development theories in practice
