Key Responsibilities
As an Early Years Educator, you’ll be pivotal to advisable learning outcomes by:
✔ Creating a safe, stimulating space—organising materials and activities to support growth. ✔ Driving educational activities—fulfilling age-specific milestones under the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). ✔ Building trusting relationships—‘Key Person’ role to bond with families, track development, and ease school transitions.

Requirements
Busy Bees looks for compassionate, passionate professionals with:
🔹 Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years Education. 🔹 2+ years of experience working with young children (ages pre-school and under-5). 🔹 Strong passion for holistic child development alongside key skills:
- Communication—connecting confidently with families, parents & colleagues
- Organisation—planning engaging curriculum activities
- Compassion & creativity—designing children-focused experiences with finesse
Bonus: Experience in nursery life, EYFS frameworks, Bradford Framework or equivalent early-years models.
