Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role
Orca Operations Group is recruiting on behalf of one of our valued nursery clients for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive team in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic childcare professional who is committed to providing outstanding care and early years education. Key Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Observe, monitor, and record children's progress and developmental milestones.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Support children's emotional, social, physical, and intellectual development through play-based learning.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to children's learning journals and assessments.
- Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to deliver exceptional standards of care.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Level 3 Childcare qualification.
- Confident written and spoken English.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, patient, and positive approach.
Desirable
- Previous experience working within an Early Years setting.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures and best practices.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification (advantageous).
