Key Person Relationships
- Track children's development closely.
- Address care plans willingly in sync with EYFS (Early Years Foundation Standards)

Key Requirements
Always At The Top Of Your Game
You’ll bring: ✅ EYEFS compliant Level 3 (or above) qualification recognised in early learning. ✅ Hands-on experience as a Nursery Practitioner, EYE Educator, Nursery Assistant, or Teacher. ✅ Gapped experience in children under 5, child development knowledge and engagement ✅ Communication & organisational skills confidently with local / distant family ties. ✅ Action-driven leadership for whole-child engagement centred on service excellence.
