## About Our Nursery – Hertford, Hartham Park

Join our Outstanding (Ofsted-rated), respected team at Busy Bees Nghertford Hartham Park, which looks after up to 49 children. Our dedicated staff excel at creating a nurturing and supportive environment, with strong links to local schools to ensure continuous learning progression.

## What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner

  • Create safe, stimulating environments to nurture children’s development through well-organised learning spaces.
  • Lead dynamic educational activities, using the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, to support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth.
  • Take on a Key Person role, fostering deep connections with children while ensuring care needs and family engagement are met.

## What We’re Looking For

✅ Qualification: Level 3 (or higher) in Early Years Education (e.g. EYE Profusion Diploma or NNEB). ✅ Experience: Strong background working with children under 5, coupled with a passion for early childhood education. ✅ Skills & Attributes:

  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Sound knowledge of child development phases and ability to tailor activities accordingly.
