About the Role: Nursery Practitioner The practical, nurturing side of early years
- Safety & Environment: Thoughtfully arrange stimulating learning materials, ensuring environments encourage growth and minimise risks.
- Curriculum Development:
- Plan and deliver activities aligned with the Curriculum for Excellence and Realising the Ambition.
- Promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development, tailored to child-led yet structured experiences.
- Key Person Role: Track each child’s development, monitor care needs, and build rich family relationships through supportive exchanges.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Level 3+ qualification in Early Years Education
- Proven experience working with children under 5—physical presence, knowledge, and passion for early childhood central.
- Essential skills:
- Outstanding communication (propagation learning, guidance)
- Root organisational abilities
- Ability to incorporate child development studies effectively.
