Busy Bees Swindon St Andrews, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 106 children and is located in a growing community near lovely walks and parks.

What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner
- Create a safe, stimulating environment, including preparing materials and arranging rooms
- Lead educational activities, planning and delivering sessions that support children’s development aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Serve as a ’Key Person’, overseeing care needs and building strong family connections
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education
- Proven experience working with children under 5, with a genuine interest in early childhood education
- Key skills:
- Good communication and organisational capability
- Knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities
