About Our Nursery: Busy Bees Kettering

What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner

Your role will be both fulfilling and dynamic, focused on nurturing children’s growth:
- Create a safe, stimulating environment—prepare learning materials, organise spaces to encourage development.
- Lead educational activities—align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to support children’s:
- Physical
- Emotional
- Intellectual
- Social development.
- Key Person Role: Build long-term relationships with children, families, and address care needs with empathy.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, we seek candidates with:
✔ Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., Diploma, BA, or equivalent) ✔ Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine passion for early childhood education ✔ Key skills & abilities:
- Strong communication
- Sharp organisational skills
- Ability to apply child development knowledge to plan and deliver engaging activities
