Nursery Practitioner – Your Role
- Create safe, stimulating environments – Organising spaces to support holistic child development.
- Lead fun, impactful activities – Aligning with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Key person role – Tracking progress, nurturing relationships, and developing strong parent-child connections.
Requirements
✅ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years Education required.
✅ Proven experience working with children under 5. ✅ Passion for early childhood education.
Must-have skills:
- Exemplary communication (oral and written)
- Strong organisational abilities
- deep understanding of child development principles
