About Our Norwich Hospital Nursery
Join our dedicated team at Busy Bees Nursery, Norwich Hospital, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery serving up to 118 children. Key highlights include:

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner
- Create a safe, stimulating environment:
- Prepare materials and arrange play areas to encourage children’s growth.
- Lead educational activities:
- Plan and deliver evaluations that support physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development under the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Key person role:
- Monitor children’s development and care needs.
- Build strong, positive family connections.
What We’re Looking For
We seek candidates with:
- A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education
- Proven experience working with children under 5, coupled with a genuine passion for early childhood education
- Key skills:
- Strong communication and scoring abilities
- Excellent organisational skills
- In-depth knowledge of child development to plan and deliver relevant activities.
