Nestled in a stunning woodland setting, Busy Bees’ Oxford Ardington nursery provides:

*Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
- Plan and deliver engaging, structured activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), fostering ally-rounded development:
- Stimulating play-based learning.
- Nurturing language, fine and gross motor skills.
- Promoting social confidence and emotional intelligence.

- As the Key Person for assigned children:
- Support individual growth through personalised interaction.
- Liaise effectively with families to form trust and communication.
** Requirements**
Qualifications
- Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years Education
- Must meet current childcare regulation standards.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children under five years old – whether as a Nursery Assistant, Early Years Educator, or Nursery Nurse.
- Strong passion for early childhood development and continuous learning in educational practices.
Skills
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for parent-teacher partnerships.
- Organisation: Balancing nuances of childcare, scheduling, and planning.
- Patience & Creativity: Applying specialist knowledge of child growth to inspire fun, educational play.
Personality Traits
- Empathy and enthusiasm in supporting young learners.
- Willingness to go above and beyond ensure every child feels safe, challenged, and inspired.
