Located in Harlow, this Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ nursery accommodates 105 children in a warm, nurturing environment. Our longstanding team delivers high-quality childcare.

Key Responsibilities as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Practitioner)

- Create a safe and stimulating environment: Organise spaces, materials, and rooms to encourage holistic child development.
- Deliver high-quality educational activities based on Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) principles, covering:
- Physical development
- Emotional & social growth
- Intellectual learning
- Key person role: Track individual children’s developmental needs, plan care routines, and build strong family connections.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- Proven experience working with children under 5, with a genuine passion for early childhood development.
- Essential skills:
- Strong communication & organisational abilities
- Appreciation of child development theories
- Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate learning activities
- Desirable: Background in Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse roles.
