About Our Nursery
Join our outstanding team at Busy Bees Leamington Spa, an Ofsted-rated Outstanding facility with a capacity of 122 children. Our confident and passionate management team, with core staff members boasting over 20 years of experience, is dedicated to providing exceptional care and education.

Key Responsibilities
What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner
- Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children’s growth and learning.
- Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with:
- A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education
- Proven experience working with children under 5, and a genuine passion for early childhood education
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Knowledge of child development and ability to plan and deliver engaging activities
