About the Nursery (Stevenage Great Ashby)
A warm, stimulating environment for 112 children, our nursery in Stevenage Great Ashby is a prime location in the Great Ashby new town community, just a two-minute walk from the nearest bus stop.

What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, engaging environment for children’s growth:
- Prepare materials and design interactive spaces that stimulate learning.

Lead education and care:
- Plan and deliver enriching activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.

Key person role:
- Track progress and interactions with children, coordinating with families to build strong connections.
What We’re Looking For
Requirements
We’re seeking dedicated early years professionals with:
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education (boundary-inspired candidates).
- Proven experience working with children under 5—passion for early childhood education a must.
- Communication skills—excellent teamwork and retail ability highly valued.
- Organisational and observation skills—accuracy in monitoring and planning learning activities.
