What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner
- Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Engage families, plan accessible spaces, and curate resources that inspire
- Lead Educational Activities: Design EYFS-aligned play and learning sessions that support holistic child development
- Build Meaningful Relationships: Take on the Key Person role—tracking each child’s growth, cataloguing milestones, and nurturing home-school partnerships.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent/above) in Early Years Education
Experience
- Direct experience working with children under 5 years old preferred.**
- Genuine passion for early childhood education and developmental growth.
Essential Skills
- Strong communication and collaborative ability
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to apply child development knowledge to craft meaningful learning activities
