What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner

  • Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Engage families, plan accessible spaces, and curate resources that inspire
  • Lead Educational Activities: Design EYFS-aligned play and learning sessions that support holistic child development

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent/above) in Early Years Education

Experience

  • Direct experience working with children under 5 years old preferred.**
  • Genuine passion for early childhood education and developmental growth.

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication and collaborative ability
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to apply child development knowledge to craft meaningful learning activities
