Job Role: Early Years Educator
The Early Years Educator plays a key role in fostering each child’s intellectual, social, and emotional development through engaging, educational activities.

Responsibilities (As a Nursery Practitioner)
- Create a safe and stimulating environment
- Organise materials and set up engaging learning spaces
- Lead educational activities
- Plan and deliver experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Key Person Role
- Track children’s development, support care needs, and strengthen family links
Requirements
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education required
- Experience working with children under 5 (previous roles as Nursery Practitioner, Assistant, or Nurse preferred)
- Essential Skills:
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Knowledge of child development to plan meaningful activities
