Responsibilities
Your Role as an Early Years Practitioner
As part of our nurturing team, your key responsibilities include:


Get help with your application

Creating a Safe & Stimulating Environment Plan, prepare and arrange spaces that inspire exploration and learning.

Delivering Educational Activities Design and lead play-based activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.

Key Person Approach Track children’s progress, address individual needs, and foster strong parent-teacher relationships.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, we are looking for:
✔ Qualification: Level 3 (or above) in Early Years Education. ✔ Experience: Worked with children under 5 (familiarity with Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Assistant, or Nurse roles). ✔ Skills & Values: · Excellent communication & organisational abilities · Deep understanding of early childhood development · Passion for creating engaging, holistic learning experiences · Commitment to quality care and inclusivity
