The Role: Early Years Educator Responsibilities

As an Early Years Educational Practitioner, your day-to-day tasks include:

  • Creating a Safe & Stimulating Environment

    • Prepare materials and organise rooms to support children’s growth and engagement.
  • Lead Educational Activities

    • Collaborate with teams to design learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), covering physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
  • Key Person Role

    • Build trusting relationships with individual children and families.
    • Track development milestones and make personalised connections to ensure well-being and progress.

Requirements & Qualifications

We’re seeking passionate and committed Early Years Educators to join our team:

  • Preferred:
    • Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification (e.g., Level 3 Early Years Educator, Fondap, or equivalent).
  • Experience & Skills:
    • Proven track record working with children aged 0-5.
    • Demonstrated genuine enthusiasm for modern early childhood education.
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
    • Ability to apply knowledge of child development in planning tailored learning activities.

  • Early Years Educator
  • Nursery Practitioner
  • Nursery Assistant
  • Nursery Nurse
