The Role: Early Years Educator Responsibilities
As an Early Years Educational Practitioner, your day-to-day tasks include:

Creating a Safe & Stimulating Environment
- Prepare materials and organise rooms to support children’s growth and engagement.

Lead Educational Activities
- Collaborate with teams to design learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), covering physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.

Key Person Role
- Build trusting relationships with individual children and families.
- Track development milestones and make personalised connections to ensure well-being and progress.
Requirements & Qualifications
We’re seeking passionate and committed Early Years Educators to join our team:
- Preferred:
- Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification (e.g., Level 3 Early Years Educator, Fondap, or equivalent).
- Experience & Skills:
- Proven track record working with children aged 0-5.
- Demonstrated genuine enthusiasm for modern early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to apply knowledge of child development in planning tailored learning activities.
