What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children under 5, with a genuine interest in early childhood education.

What to Expect As a Nursery Practitioner

Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange learning spaces to encourage children’s growth and learning.

Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support holistic development – physical, emotional, intellectual, and social – aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Key Person Role: Engage in overseeing individual children’s development, attending to their care needs, while building strong connections with families.
