About the Role

Bright Horizons Guildford Day Nursery & Preschool seeks a full-time, qualified Early Years Practitioner to deeply impact children’s early development.
With a location just 10 minutes from major transport links (Woking, London, Portsmouth, Gatwick, Reading, Redhill) and near Surrey Sports Park for post-work exercise or lunch breaks, you’ll thrive in a purposeful, supportive team.

Salary & Benefits
- Annual Salary: £29,203–£34,340 (dependent on existing qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll:
- Design, implement, and review personalised, engaging activities to nurture each child’s development into key milestones.
- Shape a safe, stimulating environment that encourages creativity, independence, and lifelong learning.
- Foster trusting relationships with colleagues and parents/carers to build collaborative care.

Requirements
- Essential qualifications: Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years.
- Passion for creating inclusive, enjoyable learning environments.
- Deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge (enhanced DBS check required).
- Ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and young children.
