Nursery Practitioner – Kiddi Caru Day Nursery (Grange Park)

Salary: £26,666 to £28,288 (progressing with experience and qualifications; regular pay reviews include +5% after 6 months) Type: Full-time role as part of Grandir UK

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote excellence: Maintain high standards in childcare practice, resources, and age-appropriate learning activities
  • Primary caregiver: Lead care for a specific group of children each day
  • Stimulate learning: Organise and support children’s play and developmental play enriched with stimulating environment
  • Daily leadership: When on duty without the Team/Room Leader, manage operational day-to-day management effectively
  • Compliance: Ensure the nursery’s practices align with Early Years Foundation Stage guidelines
  • Team culture: Encourage a positive work culture by mentoring staff, including trainees/apprentices, and building confidence for parents.
